Luke got grumpy. He tried to get rid of something on eBay, and it was being STUPID.

Natio is an internationally used and respected brand. Having just completed one of their largest ever publicity campaigns, they needed a website to match. Natio required a refresh of their eCommerce solution, integrating seamless payment processing and guaranteed security.
With new branding and a design already finalised, they needed it all implemented and ready to run in time for their newest product launch.
Why was it awesome?
eCommerce builds are notorious for going over budget and blowing out timeframes. We delivered a fully functional, up to spec product in 4 weeks, as promised.
From the first phone call, to the transition to final hosting, Natio were kept up to date, and appraised of all the implementation decisions that needed to be made, as they were made. Forming an integral part of the implementation process, Natio were able to retain control of the project from start to end, whilst Squareweave were able to maintain the rapid implementation pace required.

JPH Group offers a full range of taxation, accounting and business advisory services, with a mix of experience and fresh ideas. They approached us with a view to completely recreate their existing website into something much cooler than what they had before.
Why was it awesome?
The guys at JPH Group balance a brand that works a tasty mix of suited-up experience with very forward thinking accounting. They work with young business owners (like us!), alongside their chunkier clients in pharmaceuticals, financial planning and whatnot. They needed to reflect that diversity and progressive talent, while still keeping murmurs of their deep experience in the mix.
The JPH Group site redesign was a full revamp - not just of look and feel - but of content and style. We worked with their team to cut site content down drastically, we culled unnecessary content left and right.
The result is a simple, snappy communiqué.

Working with Bellevue Studios, we provided functionality and cleanliness of code that supports his excellent page design. The quality of his work is echoed in his online presence.
Why was it awesome?
A focus on grid-based design and coding and very tight CSS/scripting ensures a fast-loading, accessible site. His viewers can be time poor and demanding, video and popup content are executed with smart fallbacks. Mark cannot afford to have a less than pixel-perfect presence.

Mongolian Bling - Adventures in Nomadic Hip Hop follows hip hop's journey into the ancient Mongolian culture and reveals a world of youth searching for identity through beats and rhymes.
Squareweave worked with the Mongolian Bling team on a portal for their social media connections, a vital checkpoint for a fresh upcoming documentary about Mongolian artists using hip hop to try and salvage their country's failing democracy, bringing Mongolia's rich musical history into their modern beats and rhymes.

- A fresh new design style to back up the fantastic ethos built up by the Mongolian Bling team

ideas* are an engineering consultancy with a greatly varied client base. Accordingly, our key goal with this project was to concisely advertise skills in a diverse range of fields, whilst presenting content in a professional and easy to access manner.
As a rapidly expanding business, the presence needed to appeal to both key decision makers in senior management, as well as younger potential employees.
Why was it awesome?
Our expression of the ideas* brand, the juxtaposition of stable experience and bleeding edge innovation is reflected strongly in the core functionality of their site.
We designed from the ground up a set of simple but powerful templating tools, allowing the ideas* staff to change the look and feel of each and every page at whim, with variated columns, colours and styles all interacting flawlessly within a strict grid.

Future Spark is an exciting project originally conceived to power Melbourne's Earth Hour concert with bikes and solar panels. The 7000-person strong concert was a roaring success and the project continues to change hearts and minds across Australia.
We were contracted to breathe life into this new brand, including but not limited to:
- The Future Spark logo and device
- Colour palette standards
- Logo and design guidelines
- A language set, including straplines, vocabulary and ethos guidelines
As well as establishing it, we expressed the brand:
- Large-scale interactive on-screen system displayed at the concert, with live tracking of energy input and usage
- Website with CMS, blog and flickr integration.
- Live tracking of power generation by teams online, integrated into the web build
- T-shirt, fliers, posters and other print media
Why was it awesome?
Astride the obvious technical hurdles surmounted to display rider data in real time, online, news, blogging and so on was the need to present the Future Spark ideals in a fresh, approachable and exciting way. The engineers at ideas* are top-notch and allowed us the necessary wiggle room to breathe a vitality into the brand, as evidenced in the success of the event.
