Luke is the guy you probably talk to when you first get in touch with Squareweave. He'll often be the one to figure out what it is Squareweave can do for you, how they're going to do it, and how many shark-mounted-lasers will be involved.
He gets generally excited about good code indentation (2-space tabs), source control (subversion), good process (requirements docs), and single point of control. In between those, he enjoys making and drinking copious amounts of coffee.
Luke is fluent in a dozen languages (PHP, SQL, Javascript, (X)HTML, CSS, LaTeX, Bash, C, English, Consultant, Coffee), so you don't have to.

Will sets the aesthetic standard at Squareweave, guiding look, language and storytelling for our clients' projects.
He provides (mostly) concrete decisions on the most ephemeral aspects of branding and design, based upon a decade of understanding of how human beings interact with one another and the web.
He lectures about design, story-telling and the web at RMIT, has a successful DJ alter ego and can make a remarkably pretty latte.
